My Uncle Joe, who is 88 years old, sees dead people. He has had that ability all his life. He told me of an incident that happened when he was a young man: One night, after returning from a party, the face of a girl co-worker (who he was fond of) appeared against the curtains of his living room. He instinctively knew that something was wrong from that apparition. Sure enough, he learned later on that evening that she had died in a car crash. I guess she appeared to him to say goodbye!

He also related to me a story about a time when he and my family visited the “Robert Lewis Stevenson” house here in California. My family and I were touring all over the house and did not see anything out of the ordinary. Uncle Joe, however, had stopped outside of the library and was admiring an antique doorknob when he happened to glance up and see a lady dressed all in black “glide” out of the kitchen area and into the pantry across the hall! He reckons it was the housekeeper from that long-ago time period.

The NCPSociety during the weekend of October 12th thru 14th went to Virginia City in Nevada for a weekend of paranormal ghost hunting where my good friend Jennifer took me, hosted by the guys from the T.V. show Ghost Adventures on the Sci Fi channel in short they are really cool guys! I met alot of cool new friends there and yes alot of ghost too!

We went to many haunted spots and this was one of them it was a store called The Mark Twain Book Store where a little girl haunts the store. Here are the pics that I took when up in the attic and there was NO LIGHT up there. At first nothing was showing up on my camera until my friend Jen ask the little girl if she like some candy…and this is what showed up on the camera. What I now call the “Little Girl Orb”

It’s that time of year again kiddies. October is fastly creeping up, and as soon as we know it Halloween will be here! Some say Halloween is the best time of the year when spirits can make contact with the physical world, and when magic is most potent! Starting in October we will be doing a new investigation every week. In the mean time, we will be posting our experiences from past encounters, as well as ghost stories and other fun stuff to kick off the site! We hope you’ll stick around.
